Hey -
I'm posting for our Young Singles' Journey Group (ages 18-20s). Chad Gunderson and Bryce Engquist gave leadership to this group. They have had a great run and plan on continuing. They had as many as 10 people attend.
Their service project was helping a family in Sedalia whose husband is in the final stages of cancer. The family will soon be selling their home. They did some cleaning, painting, tore down a shed and even hauled manure! The funds from the church were used to help purchase gas and food for the family.
Way to go crew!

Young Singles Journey Group:
Great job in helping out--it looks like a huge lot was cleared. And demolition is always fun.

Just checking, but how long does this man have to live? Do we know if this man is a Christian? Did you guys have a chance to share the message of salvation with him while you were out there?

Bryce:
I am glad to hear that his eternal life is secure in Jesus Christ. I would have been concerned if we did not know his faith and did not reach out to him with the Gospel at this critical point in his life. Thanks again for your good work for them.
